  Terrible, Pushy and Bullying sales method.
  
  I called up stating that I would like a quote for roller shutters. I should have known not to go through with the quote after having to tell 2 people on the phone multiple times that my partner was not at work, that I was the sole homeowner. God forbid a woman in her mid 20's in this day and age have a mortgage in just her own name. A sales pitch, measure, outrageous quote, 8 calls to the person 'allocating the advertising budget for the day', 5 price drops and 2 hours later I finally convinced the sales person to leave my house. I reiterated that I just wanted a quote so I could see if I could afford shutters, I was being suggested payment plans through a 'no fee company' which had an establishment fee after clearly stating I wanted to pay upfront. The quote was only valid for that day, I could not even take one single day to think about it.
  
  It's no wonder these elderly ladies are being bullied into buying roller shutters from OzShut. It's a purely bullying and pressuring sales method. Disgusting from a company which preaches about its 'strong family values'. I would only wish this experience on my worst enemy.
