  Don't bother to come to this shop. The shop is full of gimmicks and I was a victim of it. Bought some LED downlights a couple of years ago and was told that these lights will last at least 20 years/use hence comes with a 5 year warranty. A couple of weeks before the last Christmas 4 lights went dead from nowhere and thats when the "real truth" about warranty starts. I contacted the shop and talked about the warranty issue, the staff keep passing the bucks and refused to deal with the problem sighted that the owner (James Wang) are not available hence not able to make decisions. I have made a number of calls wanting to discuss with James himself as the dead lights are in our bathroom (we have been having showers in the dark) however he keeps making excuses and apparently running away like a "rat". The constant message I get from his staff that they only follow the company policy. I did ask to provide me the policy but it has not been forth coming. Until now the issue still unresolved as I may have to get the Department of Commerce to look into the matter.
  I only provide this review as a pre warning so people do not get caught in situation like I am in now. There are other lighting shops around Perth that you could get better services and products. Google should have a rating of negative star, so it would be the right rating for this company.
